My mom is a self-proclaimed anti-chef. The 'Joy of Cooking' cookbook is better used as a doorstop than it's intended purpose in her house. But, tonight she surprised us all! Having recently attended a seafood cooking class at Central Market she felt inspired to try her new skills out on us. We happily obliged.

Hot smoked salmon paired with a dill sweet mustard, along with pesto covered scallops, sided with cous-cous and broccoli.
